About 10 years ago I became obsessed with LinkedIn. Building a profile was the perfect opportunity to show up and stand out in the crowded corporate world, to lead my narrative all wrapped up in personality, and build my professional brand.

And… it paid off! Two public companies I’ve joined found me, via LinkedIn.

This obsession led to helping former coworkers, friends, and acquaintances all do the exact same thing. But I hear way too often that when it comes to someone’s career, they don't know what makes them unique, irreplaceable, or valuable. So now I help people see themselves in a new way; by reimagining their experience, changing how we talk about it, highlighting their impact, being human first and creating a professional brand!
